It's easy to join the team!
There are plenty of ways to get involved with Pitlochry Community Action Trust. You will find a friendly group of dedicated volunteers, members and trustees ready to welcome you.
Whether you want to join as a member, a volunteer, or one of our funders and supporters, you’ll be part of an enthusiastic team helping to improve Pitlochry.
Members
We have four types of membership:
- Ordinary - Aged 18 years or over and a resident of the Pitlochry and Moulin Community Council ward
- Junior - Aged from 13 to 17 years old
- Associate - Aged 18 years or over, from outside the Pitlochry and Moulin ward but with an interest in or connection to the Trust
- Corporate - For funding partners and supporter organisations or other groups who are interested in helping in one way or another
Why join?
You can have a real input in the direction of your town. As a voting member you can get your voice heard at AGMs, public meetings and in membership consultations. You’ll also be among the first to receive our regular newsletter, with updates on our projects.

Theme Group Members & Volunteers
Each Theme Group member is associated with one of our six themes or sub-groups. As a Theme Group member or volunteer, you can be at the heart of our activities, helping to prioritise projects, meeting with stakeholders and partners, promoting our events.
In short… making it all happen.
Why volunteer?
You’ll have a big say in what we do and where we go next. Not only that, volunteering is a great life and learning experience. Most of all, you will be making a great contribution to the future of Pitlochry and Moulin.
So if you’re passionate about Pitlochry and interested in helping us improve our town, its local services, recreation facilities, housing and green spaces… or if you have a bit of the artist in you… come and join us!

Funders and Supporters
As a new charitable trust, we are looking to build relationships with businesses, stakeholders and local government to turn our town’s dreams into reality.
